Scam Description
Gentleman called stated he was with Cox Technical Support, “there’s a problem with your internet”! Advised him to give me his callback phone number and I would call him back. Stated his phone # 7700799-8112 for Technical Support.
Called Cox from one of my statements. Spoke to Rasheed in Technical Support at Cox she stated, “they have NOT called me”. Advised her of scam.
