Scam Description
I was recently contacted by my insurance telling me that Ellis Law Corporation demanded over $100000 from my insurance over apparent bodily injury from a minor car accident which I had with the person named Jose in February 11, 2021. I was not notified weeks or months after the car accident by my insurance of any claims bodily or car related by Jose. However, I was very shocked to learn that Ellis Law Corporation filed this demand for over $100,000 US when the accident was not even a major accident and Jose during the accident didn’t complain of any major or minor injuries, he only complained of the whiplash on his back like how I complained of the whiplash on my back. These demands are inflated and are suspicious, thus I conclude that this needs to be reported, that I demand an apology from Ellis Law Corporation, and to report this as a scam to The BBB.
