Scam Description
I received an unsolicited text message from an unknown individual requesting that send back a text to a specific phone number. This individual claimed to be a lottery winner that is dispensing money as a charity gesture to randomly selected individuals.
I researched the name “Julie Leach” and found many such scams with other names.
I did not reply and deleted the incoming message.
I am attaching the text of the message to this report.
