Scam Description
Called me and told me that I was approved for a $2000-$5000 loan, said they got my application from online, they have all my personal information, driver’s license number, social security number, bank account details, address. Told me that they don’t deposit to the bank they have the information for and asked me if I had another bank. After telling them no that I didn’t, they said that they could send me a check to my email and that I would have to go get the paper to print it out on from any office supply store and deposit that check into my bank, that I would get special paper, print out the check myself, and deposit into my bank account. They kept calling after I asked them several times to stop calling, that I was NOT going to agree to any verification process and that I do NOT authorize any loan to be established in my name. When I asked for the loan agreement before agreeing to anything they said they sent it to my email address, I never received anything. They will not stop calling me, they also asked me to ask my family members for any other bank information, I have not given them permission to send me any money. I do NOT believe this is a legitimate company at all.
