Scam Description
Tattoosbylayla seemed like a legit artist at first, there’s even videos of her tattooing on her page. At first she was kind and booked me smoothly and asked for a 50% deposit ($70) which is normal, I had seen nothing wrong with this booking as I have booked tattoo appointments many times before and wanted to try her out. As the appointment day arrived she never sent the address then all together never texted me again but continued posting. I had my friend text her and she responded but as soon as my friend brought my situation up she stopped responding. She refuses to refund my deposit and continues to not respond. I will probably not get my money back. I tried to request my money back on cashapp and she has it restricted to where you can’t request money from her and has since limited her comments on instagram. She is using her account to steal money from people. DO NOT book her for any service!
