Scam Description
My gullible self trusted in a completely unrealistic sale of a beautiful Christmas tree seen in a TikTok ad. Customer service seemed respectful & legit until I’d gone back & forth for almost 2 months AFTER waiting a full month for my order. They promised to reship the item; nothing. They promised to refund the cost minus more shipping than was collected, thus NOT the price of the product; nothing. I think their tactic must be to be seemingly apologetic & understanding back & forth for so long that the customer finally gives up. I truly wonder how much money these people got away with stealing.
