Scam Description
On my smartphone, I got a pop-up message: “Contact Google Support Immediately”. I couldn’t access internet. I called the number. I was told to buy GooglePlay gift cards and that I would get a refund. I bought them. I told the scammer the card codes. I was told to buy more. I bought $5,000. worth a gift cards until I was informed it was a scam. Don’t use gift cards as a means of payment.
