Scam Description
Went to buy a watch online and found the website for Spade & Co. I bought the watch and saw on Facebook all the bad reviews, that they never recieved their watch, they couldn’t get refunds, etc. I sent an email minutes after the confirmation email asking to cancel the order, I even called the number multiple times and nobody answered. They sent an email saying they couldn’t help me till Monday-Friday at 9-5pm and so I emailed them about 6 times asking for them to cancel and got the same email everytime and finally they emailed me days later saying that they couldn’t cancel the order cause it shipped. They’ve refused to actually help me and they gave me the tracking number and sure enough the watch has been in California for days with no updated progress and this is what others have said happened to them. They said that they never received their watch or that it’s still in California. I payed $74.98 and will never see that refunded.
