Scam Description
Hello,
I bought a Blue Pure 311 air purifier from Cartaqua’s online store. I had to sign up for a PayPal account to purchase the item and assumed the company was legit because PayPal was backing the purchase. I thought they verify that companies are legit.
Anyway, I received an email from PayPal regarding the purchase BUT I never received an email order confirmation. Like nothing with regards to what I purchased and when it would arrive. So I emailed the support address (support@caraqua.com) provided by the site and I received and undeliverable email message back.
I then tried the support phone number (1-626-231-8283) and it’s disconnected.
I noticed on the PayPay email it had a name of Esther Senior and an email address of the person that got my money. Must be a legit email address because it never came back as undeliverable.
No air purifier. I disputed this with PayPal and they say the transaction was valid. PayPal said the company had 10 days to provide tracking of the item I purchased. They HAVE NOT done that. I feel PayPal is a scam too.
