Scam Description
Selling two coats on Facebook Marketplace. Contacted by a person allegedly from Georgia who wanted to pay by Zelle and also pay extra to ship overnight delivery. Allegedly sent payment, but my account needed to be upgraded so he was going to send an additional $300. Allegedly sent additional payment. Payments never appeared in my account, but wanted the additional payment refunded. I refused. He threatened to report me to the FBI. “Zelle” even sent messages threatening me.
