Scam Description

This SCAM FAKE company cold-called me and told me I was purchasing a vacation package which included 8 days/7 nights on a cruise of my choice (Princess, Royal, etc) plus a 6 day/5 night resort stay in Mexico all inclusive for $1,699.00 for 2 people. When I asked about which cruise etc they said I could choose. Before I got to choose the vacation, they wanted a down payment. When I acted like I was going to not buy it, the price suddenly lowered to $1,200 and then $800.
I asked about the company and the rep told me they work with many hotel chains but I googled the name of the company and no information was available. I asked how long they have been in business and she said many years. I went on LinkedIn to see if there were any employees or business profile for the company and there were none.
I went on this site and couldn’t find any info on it. For a company that has been around many years you would find information online besides the company website.
So this made me curious, I looked to see how long the website was registered and indexed online and saw that the website was only registered 2 weeks ago on 08/15/22, today is 08/31/22.
THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. The copyright on the bottom of the website says 2020, but this website just launched.
Do not lose your money on this scam!!!!
