Scam Description
I received an email from Norton Billing, claiming I was charged $298.36 for subscription renewal. I was told to look at attached invoice which provided no pertinent info…very vague. I called the help line provided and a man wanted me to access my subscription info and provide a code to get full refund. In the address bar, I was to type carecr.xyz. It all sounded sketchy and thankfully I didn’t hit enter. I told him this. He said, “ma’am iassure you it is not a scam. “How old are you? Can I ask how old you are?” I replied that I wasn’t telling him and his reply was “ma’am, ma’am, I just want to fuck you!” I hung up.
