Scam Description
Miguel Diaz at extension #8014 stated that CenterPoint had been having troubles posting my payments and that while there was a credit balance in my account, I needed to pay $198.16 on the spot via Zelle or go in that very moment to the closest CVS, Walgreens or Circle K to make the payment in CASH ONLY and for me to let them know when I was going to do it in order for them to create the “authorization” for me to pay and avoid the service from being shut down.
