Scam Description

I received a text message from a person claiming to be “Manuel Franco”, the $786 million dollar lottery winner from Wisconsin. He texted my cellphone with the following message:
?? ??Good news I’m Mr Manuel Franco, the Powerball winner
of $786 million jackpot, T click here to see my winning
interview
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTm2y1G7ZCO i am
donating $60,700.00 each to 100 random selected
individuals of USA citizens. If you get this message then
your number was selected among the winners after a spin
ball and your claim code is ******. I have spread most of
my wealth over a number of charities and organizations.

(414)207-9283 text her for claiming and delivery of your
winnings, if you’re not interested ignore this message

I then texted this so called agent “KEY FOSTER” at (414)207-9283 with the provided claim number ******. This so called “agent” responded with the following text:
????Hi I’m key the agent in charge of winnings from Mr. Manuel Franco Please hold for few minutes while I validate and activate your winning profile with your claim code provided.????
A few minutes later i got another reply:
????Wow!!! Congratulations in advance your claim code is valid, your name is among the 100 winners on our list to receive the money and your winnings are available to be claimed now. let us know if you are ready to fill the claim Requirement Form?……..

Basically this person wanted me to send them the barcode to a $50 visa gift card to put towards the Fed Ex delivery fee of my “winnings.” I do have the text conversation screenshots if needed.
