Scam Description
I went to the pepboys at 4400 barranca lane in castle rock, co to get my air conditioning fixed. After the evaluation, they changed the spelling of my last name because they were trying to take my identity and change whom the vehicle belongs to. As I went in to get service, it was uncomfortable and unprofessional, THEY change the spelling of my last name and they said that they patched up my leak in the air conditioning unit but the air conditioning still blows hot air. I paid $38.86 for an evaluation of my air conditioner. And, I will never return to ANY pepboys.
