Scam Description
Ward Design Group was hired to build an outdoor space including landscape design and outdoor structure. The owner, Jerry, repeatedly had excuse after excuse on why he was delayed and spent 6+ months working on the project 1 week at a time, gone for a month +, then returning. Payment was required in installations prior to breaking ground and then midpoint through construction. Business took all payments and never completed in the project in full, while refusing to answer phone calls and emails after a point or provide updates. This business is owned by a con artist / scamming professional that underbids projects to get business and then takes customers money and not providing work in full or to the standard discussed. BEWARE!
