Tonight at 5: Interview with state regulators tasked with holding RG&E accountable – News10NBC

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC has been reporting on billing and customer service issues at RG&E for over half a year now.
On Thursday at 5 p.m., we will air an interview in Albany where investigative reporter Jennifer Lewke speaks with regulators at the only state agency with the power to hold RG&E accountable. You can watch to find out what the agency is doing about the issues with RG&E.
We’ll break down exactly what that agency can do for you if you can’t get through to RG&E to get your problem corrected or if you don’t trust your bill is accurate.
