A WOMAN working in Halfords shared the annoying jokes customers make every day.
Filming herself behind the tills, TikToker Courtney Leigh John, shared the statements she has to put up with.
The employee joked that she sometimes wants to tell them to shut up.
In the short TikTok video, she said: "Things customers say to me on a daily basis:
"Any discounts today?"
To which Courtney replied: "Noooo!"
Next she said people always asked: "You're going to change my bulb? I thought one of the lads would do it?"
She said she replied: "Nope, you're stuck with me."

Finally she said people often say: "It's not scanning, must be free?"
And that she wanted to respond: "Shut up Karen, no one thinks you're funny."
Courtney captioned the short video: "The life of a retail worker."
The video amassed more than 3,000 comments from fellow TikTokers.
One person said: "As an ex retail worker in a different shop, low wages to deal with, absolute a*******s all day who are too stupid to buy things online."
Another said: "It's always funny when you see a girl fitting something like a battery or wiper blades and the lad's looking clueless outside."
A third said: "I work at Halfords and get asked about discounts all the time and free items when they don't scan."
Another said: "And they all think they're the first to say it!"
